For effective delivery of PFM, REDD+ and climate change initiatives to the communities in the future, the project will support a scholarship arrangement for 147 students of diploma and certificate courses with special emphasis on women (i.e. 30% of total scholarships) whereby 80 students will be enrolled for certificate course and 67 students for diploma. The scholarships will be used to cover Tanzanian student fee costs. This arrangement will be implemented in two consecutive academic years during the project period. The scholarship arrangement will among other issues capture aspects of curriculum testing exercise which is one of the important activity in this project.
